HÄRMAPAN

Site specific stage performance made at R1, the first nuclear plant in Sweden.

How is our view of a product affected by an esthetically beautiful production process? Härmapan shows an esthetical productions process where the dancers not only dance, but also produce items sold after the performance.

Härmapan problematise both what dance and design can be and asks what our over dimensioned consumer society does to us as individuals.

Dancers; Linda Adami, Johanna Klint, Maryam Nikandish and Stina Nyberg. Singer; Annette Taranto

"Källblad and Uglycute reconsider dance as improductive art form and instead problematise the entire theme of production"

"...when the hall lends its' acoustics to soloist Annette Taranto and music of the late renaissance even this single voice becomes part of the raw productions process that goes on throughout the performance: unamplified and unfiltered."
